The experience was ok. My appointment was on a Saturday morning at 8:20 and my advisor told me that he is down one technician and might not get around performing the test that I scheduled the car for. I told the advisor to keep me posted if the car will be kept for the weekend. I ma hoping that he will call like at noon but did not hear from him until 4:00 that the car will need to be kept for a technician to look into first thing Monday. Buying a car can be a long and stressful process . My experience was not like that at all. I applied online was able to get my approval with my payment all situated before I even walked into the dealership. Upon arrival they had the car waiting for me to test drive. Luci was amazing answered all my questions. Wesley one of the finance manager was super great answered all my questions.. My friends have gone to this dealership and always get the run around.
