Mediocre experience. Salesperson was useless. In the end I was just given the keys, not shown to the car (had to look for it on the lot), not given an orientation, never received a follow up call. Received an email asking if I had questions, asked questions 3 times, never received a response. The second key was missing, the dealership was supposed to send it, but never did. The warranty card was not signed. Past the transaction, I was completely forgotten. Very disappointing experience for a luxury, exotic brand.
Job done well and on time.
Please just stay away from this dealership. The service manager is very unprofessional and mean. By the way, she makes mistakes and never inspect your car well.
Overall this dealership doesn't give any attention or care about anyone unless you are 40 years old with a gold watch and Italian accent. Service: They shows no interest in making appointments or follow up on any requests. Their online system is down for months with zero attention given.
