After months of gaslighting me about the failure of my synch screen in my F-150 they finally honoured their contractual obligations under my extended warranty and Premiumcare Plan but only if I agreed to take down negative posts about their bad service. Reasons why NOT to buy a Lincoln Navigator, and from Fair Oaks Lincoln, Naperville, IL. Bought a used 2023 Lincoln Navigator with 6,000 miles and the out the door price $92,000 from Fair Oaks Lincoln, Naperville on 3-1-25. Since the purchase, every week, there will be insane amount of dust (see pictures of 1 week pile up on the dash board). I've gone in 3 times (almost every week, except 2 weekends of spring break). Absolutely the most terrible experience I have ever encountered buying a vehicle. I live in New Mexico and they told me it only needed brakes and I had to sign an "AS IS" if I fixed myself. I was told it had some rust. As it turned out, the entire undercarriage was rust rotten and unsafe to drive. I had it inspected at a very reliable Auto Repair Shop and later a Body Shop. I was told it was not safe to drive on a public highway and the cost to replace the undercarriage was over $12,000 if they did not find other issues.... read more
