I have always had a great car buying experience here. The sales team is great. However getting my car serviced here is a nightmare. I schedule them and they ask if you are waiting on the car to be serviced which would be a yes for me. I still wind up waiting 1.5 to 2 hours plus. I also had an issue with my car within the first 30 days of purchasing the vehicle and scheduled a service appointment. Recall for dash blacking out. Partly fixed the problem. The heads up display still just goes away. Sometimes it comes back in a few seconds, but often it does not.

Several warranty issues. The couldn’t detect rough operation when cold. The mirror switch had to be ordered. Pleasant experience and timely. Wish the covered my area ride or service car.

Getting Recall work done on my 2026 Tucson, which was done in a timely, efficient way. Only complaint was understaffing at Service Desk, which caused me to stand around and wait for approx 15 minutes.
