This is the worst dealership service center that I've ever dealt with, and I've been buying cars for 50 years. The manager, Randall Stancil, is arrogant, rude and a liar. They replaced the transmission in my Hyundai Elantra (after it had been there for 2 weeks), and 2 days later one of the bolts holding the starter motor fell out which damaged the flywheel and left me stranded 20 miles from home. The manager told me that they would look at it and if it was their fault, he would give me a loaner car and reimburse me for towin... read more
Experience was great. Had great snacks and drinks for both buying and service customers. Would recommend to anyone who is looking to buy service or really look into Hyundai.
Waiting room was clean and comfortable. Service advisor was nice, car was ready to go quickly.
