The service I received was poor and the service department has a lack of professionalism. Their commitment to the customer satisfaction and good repair service were both lacking. Getting in contact with the service department was the worst I have ever experienced. I am very reluctant to take my car back into this dealership for service again.
Routine oil change/tire rotation. Service was completed a head of schedule. Complimentary car wash. Service staff was very accommodating.
Fast and detailed work! They took my concerns seriously and updated me along the way. I was extremely thankful for the vehicle they loaned me while waiting for my car to be completed. Exceptional service and quality customer service!
