Be prepared to spend the entire day at the service department waiting for something as simple as an oil change.

Mixed feelings. Always have to wait super long. The service associate was nice but looked overwhelmed. The mechanics are shotty. On two occasions I've had to go back to get something re-fixed.
Joseph is the man at the express lane that gets stuff done fast! Ask for him when you go get an oil change!
