Rob Maynard was the best service advisor I’ve ever worked with. I just picked up my car after the repair, and from start to finish he explained everything clearly. He took the time to explain why the repair cost what it did, answered all of my questions, and genuinely cared about my concerns throughout the entire process. Robert (service advisor) has been great to work with every time I come in. He’s always friendly, easy to talk to, and very professional. I’ve been chasing a really annoying moonroof noise in my car that’s hard to pin down—it never seems to happen when the techs are looking at it, but as soon as I’m driving, it shows up loud and clear.
