Manny was our salesman and he was awesome, how ever, management other than Henry was complete and utter garbage. This review is for the service department...what a dishonest business!! I took my Odyssey here a few weeks ago for battery issues. I got the battery from them in late 2019. It died on me (I left the key in the ignition overnight so it was my fault) & had it jumped. It was giving me a low battery warning after I had driven it so I took it here for service. Hello , I have purchased Honda Crv from Fremont CA auto nation and while signing deal I submitted Bank of America check for 3.94 interst. But Autonation sales team offered 2.9% and I agreed to take finance. Later they asked me to sign Honda maintenance and wind shield protection but I refused to take but they convinced me saying I can cancel any time if I dont want and they make me to sign.
