The worst dealer ever I took my car for brakes and they dropped something on my car causing a big dent in the trunk and scratches everywhere. I waited almost a month for them to repair and I had to call American Honda to get them to do something. I also had car in at same time for airbag issue. worse dealer on 22 Well after being mislead by rafael castiblanco from a 500$ monthly payment to a 650$ monthly payment ! I was told 500 the first day and being that i didnt have the full deposit that day i was able to go home in a 2012 crosstour and come back 2 days later to bring the remaining balance and finish off my paperwork. DO NOT ever buy/lease a car from this Dealership I have been leasing cars from this Dealership for 20 years now. The only time I got a deal that I was truly satisfied was 3 years ago. Why I did not switch to some other dealership before - Lethargy! My recent experience was a new nadir in buying experience. Bait and switch and won't honor a deal they shake on I have never in my life experienced a less professional car dealership than Planet Honda in Union, NJ. First sign is they won't quote you an out the door price (either verbally or in writing) before entering their showroom. Their excuse is that you will price shop them. They claim that they will match any competitors price but that is a joke as I presented them a legitimate OTD price and they wouldn't even agree to a price that was $100 higher. They change prices at last minute We worked with Tom and Glenn in pre owned. Over the phone Tom Williams offered us $6000 for the odyssey we wanted. When we arrived we looked it over and did test drive. Then we went in the office and they told us $7991 for the odyssey. We reminded them they told us $6000 and they relented. Then they put a new timing belt on the odyssey and told us it cost $1500 to do so. Their own dealership said it's only $600 to do so. They will lie to you and change the price. Avoid - Rude, unprofessional Sales, Bait and Switch I had a very bad experience with the sales people at this dealer ship. They lied and pulled a bait and switch on me. I talked to a sales person the night before - they had the car I wanted and the colors I was interested in, and I was given a price - not including fees and taxes and a written letter stating that they would beat any proveable offer by $500. Bait and Switch I wouldn't buy here. They will try to inflate the price throughout the buying process. They show you one price and try to get you to sign paperwork at another price when you think you're done negotiating. A definite no go.
Ian really went the distance everytime I have sent a friend here twice to purchase a car. The sales people worked with every possible resource to match my friends budget and vision of what she wanted. The entire facility was rather impressive. They have real food and a waiting area that makes you feel right at home. The car she purchase came with FREE oil changes and FREE car washes for the life of the car.
