Scam artists Where do I start? The sales person Lucy Hu manipulated us into signing a lease but told us that it was not final. She then said we could change our minds the next day. Beware buying a Honda Used to love my 2013 Honda Accord Exl until I started to have issues with it. It has left me stranded on numerous occasions or stalled in the middle of a busy intersection. Truly Great Dealership I've been driving Hondas for 30 years and have ALWAYS gotten my cars at Planet Honda ... sometimes buying, sometimes leasing, always trading in. Horiffic Experiance STAY AWAY from Performance Kings Honda!!!! Negotiated a selling price over the phone for my daughter who has two young children and a baby that is due in November. Careful they cheat within blink of an eye I bought my first car, a new 2017 Honda Civic from this dealer. Ali Salazar(Sales Manager) and Antony(Sales executive) made the deal with me. After test drive i decided to buy the car. The demo car(test driven by atleast 50 different people with hundreds of miles on it) goes $500 less than new car which is not driven by bunch of people(with 10 or 20 miles). No way! Looks like all these reviews wrote by the employees of that terrible dealership. If you talk to real persons you actually can hear only bad things. This dealership has awful reputation among customers. I am one of them. They do not give you a true copy of contract, it's mean they can altered after you sign it without your acknowledgment. They give you a false, deceptive information. They do everything to make you sign the contract after that you're trapped. Contracts limits your rights to ZERO. Please be very careful... read more

I had a max pricepoint that I made clear before we drove 1 hour North. After another hour of haggling with a brusquely sales manager, some backoffice "manager" gave in to our "demands" This was one of the most grueling car sales experiences of my life. Not WORTH it.
