Pushy I did not like Power Honda. They have pushy salesmen who try to talk you into buying a car you do not want. I also had one lie to my face about a used car that was obviously lowered and had a modified exhaust. He claimed that it was factory condition. When I did find a car I liked and offered them like $500 less than sticker he flat out said no and tried to get me to look at a more expensive car.
Service Department I dropped off my car for a standard oil change. Jason, service advisor, called me a few hours later to tell me I needed a brake service. He stated that I had 0.1 mm of wear left on the brake pads. He stated that they were dangerously low and was very persistent in having me authorize the service. I declined since I didn't have the money. When I picked up the car, I noticed that I had over 4.0 mm remaining and they did not need to be replaced. DO NOT TRUST HONDA of COSTA MESA!!! DO NOT TRUST HONDA of COSTA MESA!!! I am very upset with their service and would not recommend any person to go through that pain staking experience of trying to buy a car from Honda of Costa Mesa. I am working on recovering my funds in addition to all the bank fees associated with their unprofessional irresponsible action of cashing a holding deposit of a vehicle that I did NOT purchase.
decent selection Power Honda has a decent selection of new and used cars despite the appearance of a small lot. They have more cars on a back lot to choose from. Salesmen are pleasant
