Automation Honda has been a pleasure to work with since purchasing our Honda. They are always very professional and personable. We found out while getting our tires changed (not at Honda) we had an issue with a camber. I left the appointment and headed straight to Honda where Andrew stepped in and was able to get our vehicle in the same day (24 hour notice is best since this is not the norm). We really appreciated the prompt service. We had a great experience and would highly recommend them to anyone with Honda.
As always Honda was very accomadating. After my accident with my car and therefore my car being in the repair shop for quite some time, i was not able to get my oil change, filter change, transmission fluid or tire rotation done. The day I got my car back I went to Auto Nation right away without an appointment since I was down to 5% oil life.
