Great service today. Andy Hovey was my Service Advisor and he was fantastic.
Took my 2024 Pilot in for a recall appointment for Wednesday am. Dropped the car off Tuesday afternoon around 1pm to leave overnight, Dealership call around 4pm Tuesday stating my car was service was complete and ready for pickup. Service was completed in a timely manner. ,
Everyone was very professional and knowledgeable. The timeframe for service was speedy
Trevor took such great care of me and my car. I felt well informed every step of the way so I was able to make educated decisions about the work to be done. He went above and beyond and I am one happy customer!
