Very kind and friendly, listened to my concerns about my newer vehicle and looked into them. They were very helpful with information about specifics with the vehicle. This oil change was covered under the warranty at no extra cost to me.
My car issue was corrected but the communication with the advisor was truly sub par. I got a card with his number and then hours would go by with no updates. Id ask for updates and the completion date kept being pushed out farther and farther. I was never contacted, I always had to initiate contact.
This was my first time visiting this service center and it was great. I was able to get an appointment online for the same day after work which was very convenient. The waiting area was nice and by the time I enjoyed a cup of hot chocolate my car was ready. The inspection was very thorough with helpful info but no pressure to buy anything. I also appreciated the text updates I received.
