Whenever I come to HONDA nation, they go over everything with me and are very thorough at explaining if there’s a problem. I would highly recommend them.
I had a computer update for my vehicle and I was in there for a little while but great service and professionalism by my service provider.
The service was performed as required with no surprises or fuss. It just took longer than I would expect for express service at 2:30 minutes as I was waiting.
Scheduling the appointment was a seamless process; however, the wait time despite having an appointment was excessive. I highly recommend KB as a service advisor, as his performance was exceptional. He provided proactive updates throughout the process, and I believe his approach to customer service could serve as a valuable benchmark for the rest of the team.
