I went there thinking it was another dealership so I reprogrammed my GPS and it took me to a different dealership that told me the dealership that I'd left was indeed that dealership. So I went back and now was late and confused because right in front of me stands a different dealership with the same address so imagine my confusion literally scratching my head. Took two hours, all advisors was nice, had no complaints about the service that day, probably going to let another dealership do my service from now on, had nothing to do with service that day, another issue I had with truck , didn’t like the response or help I received when the infotainment system when black, had to call GMC relations team, easy fix, they said they didn’t have time , they were two weeks out, so I decided I wanted to move on
