the sevice department sucks I bought And extended warranty for my 2006 explorer. Took it in because the check engine came and stayed on. The service advisor danny told me that it wouldn't be covered under warranty because I replaced the airfilter with a K&M, without even checking for the problem. After my pt on base the next day I took my explore to homer skelton in millington and they found I had a bad gas cap. They replaced it reset the check engine light and it never came on again. New Car Purchase I searched for cars on the web in a 3 state area. The search area included Nashville, Memphis, Little Rock and Jackson, MS., along with every mom and pop dealership in numerous small towns. Dobbs Ford Wolfchase was the ONLY dealer to have the particular car I wanted, a 2007 Focus ST. Quality Repairs We have a 1999 Ford Expedition which had a significant factory engine problem that a dealer closer to our house could not resolve. One trip to Dobbs and it was fixed for good. But not only do they do good work, I have always found that them to be a group that works with you and doesn't pressure you to get more done than you need or can afford.
