With the change in weather, I decided to get my car serviced. I chose AutoNation Ford Westlake, because it's close to home, and I've had them service my vehicles before, with high satisfaction. I called to make an appointment, and was able to go in that afternoon. The service took almost 2-1/2 hours, which is the amount of time quoted to me.
Mark and the team took great care of my vehicle. The team went above and beyond to have me dropped off at home due to the timing of my service. Cannot recommend this group enough.
My experience was amazing, I was in and out very fast, and the customer service was excellent!!
The oil change was not inexpensive, but was was reasonable for full synthetic. The service took about an hour and there was no hard sell for other services.
