The work I had done was an oil change and everyone was very nice and helpful. They had my car done in under an hour. Will definitely go back
Still having issues with infotainment system I was disappointed that a loaner vehicle was not available although I gave a one week notice about requiring one On the plus side however, the facility is clean and relatively comfortable. Also, I received texts that informed me of progress. Finally the service advisor Danielle was pleasant and I think tried to help as much as she could
Low pressure sales approach from knowledgeable and friendly people. The car buying process took much less time than I remember from previous experiences.
