Ashley was very nice Technicians were on top of everything pointing out possible future problems
I had a great experience with the service. I didn't wait long for them to take my truck in. The service got done quick. great friendly people. I didn't have to pay anything because it was a recall for some updates.

2024 F150 Platinum: Westlake AutoNation has probably had my truck for a combined total of 4-5 months. The last time was for a month. First time I took it there was after I was T-boned by another driver. This was well over a year ago and I'm still have issues with the original repairs. My front passenger side tire is wearing unevenly, and the tire rubs inside the wheel well when locked out. I've had it back to them 4-5 times since then and it's still doing it.
