******** was terrible. Kept my truck for 10 days and did nothing I asked for. Finally got it back with nothing done to it except now my door wont open. I have to take it back but at their convenience. Take your vehicle elsewhere

BUYER BEWARE! If you are considering buying a used vehicle from this dealer you should read this. I bought a top of the line used F-150 Limited on April 14, 2022 and was treated like royalty until I wasnt. I patiently waited for the title and registration to arrive while driving on the temp tag. Nearing the ***************************************************************************************** AAA except I was told the dealer needed to submit paperwork and there was an issue with the odometer reading. I let the dealer know if I did not have a valid tag when the temp expired I was bringing the truck back for a full refund. A few more months went by and nothing. After not getting response for a while I contacted consumer attorneys who specialize in these types of issues with dealers. After reviewing my case they filed suit against the dealer. That was about three months ago. The dealer has yet to make it right. I had to buy another vehicle and cannot sell the truck as I dont have the title.I am paying the hi interest finance loan to keep my credit good and am no driving the truck at all. I hope this helps someone not fall into the *** treatment trap and get into a contract that requires a lawsuit to fix.

My wife and I had dealt with multiple **** dealerships and were tired of the back and forth, deceitful sales tactics, absurd dealer markups / add ons, lying salesman (and managers), lack of transparency, and in general complete lack of customer service. We had contacted nearly every **** dealership in ******************* and were very displeased with our experience. Having prior sales experience, I was well aware of what to look out for and just how shady dealerships can be. The vast majority of dealerships PREY on car buyers and their lack of knowledge in the car sales business.That having been said, our experience with **** and ****** at Auto *********** in Tustin BEYOND exceeded our expectations. There was no back and forth, we were given a fair price right out the gate, no hidden fees, and these two acted as though they were taking care of us on a personal level. I really wish they would have been my first phone call, because knowing what I know now they would have been the last. So much time and headache would have been saved! I was really impressed with Auto *********** in general and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a **** or other used vehicle.I want whoever is reading this to know that I was not paid, asked, offered incentives, etc. to write this review, this is purely because these men (**** / ******) and this dealership as a whole provided a service and sales experience that is worth recognizing. I would be more than willing to refer my friends and family to these salesman and this dealership and would have complete confidence that they would be taken care of! Please contact them, I assure you - you will not regret it.Do yourself a favor and stay away from Sunrise ****, *****************, and *****!

I traded in a car in February 2022 it had a balance now it's *** and the car was never payed off I'm still being charged for the payments and since I took the insurance off the vehicle I traded in to put it on the one I bought from them they added insurance on the car on their own and are charging me for it plus late fees and payments. I have been trying to contact them for over a month nobody in charge of that is ever around.

Purchasing my 2019 Mustang CPO was an easy process i cant complaint about that, but now that i sold it i am trying my cancel my Extended warranty and nobody will call me back. Just endless Voicemails.

I called about a car and talked to *****. He confirmed the car was available, I told him I'd take it and I'd be in the next day to finalize the deal. He confirmed he wouldn't sell the car. I show up the next day at noon as agreed. Nobody can find ***** and nobody knows where he's at even though he's supposed to be there. Another salesman sold the car that morning because ***** didn't remove the car from inventory. Sales manager was no help and tried to sell me a more expensive car. Frustrated, I left. In the next few days, I tried to call the general manager ***** several times. Left voicemail messages and sent him email, he didn't even have the decency to respond. Very, very unprofessional. Buyer beware.

worst customer service ever.
we had an appointment to purchase our lease,we drove an hour to get there and Amanda wasn't there and never answered her phone.
another guy his name is CHRIS said that he will do it ,after wasting my time and being rude he said that he can not contact ford to get how much money left on the car.
it looks they don't know what they are doing so we left and i thought someone will call back next day about it but no one cares.
so i went to performance ford next day and bought the car without any problem and were able to pull all the info they needed without giving any excuses that ford has a bad system and we have no access to know how much you have left.
be careful people from those guys,they have no respect to your time
amanda set up the appointment and wasnt there.
chris the other guy who doesnt know anything about the process .
i bought my 2016 toyota from autonation buena park 2months and were super friendly and fast but this ford autonation are the worstttt.

Worst customer service I have ever received form a dealership. Tried to do most of my work online due to injury. Found the vehicle I wanted and emailed sales manager Zachary Vasquez at AutoNation Ford Tustin, if you read my emails, it would make you believe I was working on purchasing this car, when in fact this is not the case - Ran my credit with 5 different banks, and emailed me total deposit options , and monthly payments and asked if I can bring deposit and I responded yes. AND SIS NOT EVEN BOTHER TO HOLD THE CAR WHILE WE WORKED ON THE DEAL. I called dealership Manager above said he could have put a hold on the vehicle, but THATS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE AT FORD TUSTIN, there is NONE.
