My boyfriend and I stopped by to check out a car and give it a test drive. Our associate that helped us out was named Kenny. He was wonderful and so kind, he tried to cater our experience to our exact needs. Today however was not the day to buy the car, but if we were ready he definitely would have closed the sale! Customer service was top tier. When we are ready to buy the car, we will come back.
The worst service ever, supervisor Jesse not professional at all!
I have been with this place for 20 years with my daughter’s Toyota and mine. Tom noone was the advisor who used to take care of my cars service. He was excellent. Ever since he’s gone, things changed. When I called to make an appointment for regular service, the representative was so not nice to me so I decided not to go there for service anymore. NO MORE!
