This dealership doesn't respond to you calls for crap!!!! my vehicle has been in a sister dealership they sent me to because I live out of town. The transmission is done and needs to be replaced. It falls under the warranty and yet they are not authorizing the fix of my vehicle. Best new vehicle purchase process ever and I have bought lots of vehicles. Truely a pleasant and fast experience. 180 degree change from my last buying experience. If all deals went this smoothly people would be more willing to shop for a new cars. If your shopping for a Ford go see Tim Felty- at Autonation-he will hook you up and you will actually enjoy making a large purchase vs dreading it at other dealers. Autonation rocks!
I brought a 2021 **** Mustang Gt from Autonation in Scottsdale in February 2022 the vehicle was brand new since I had the vehicle it been back and forth to the dealership for the transmission miss shifting and jerking. Now Im taking it back to a different dealership for the fourth time.I call **** Company for a buy back but they keep denying me and they now the 10 speed transmission is no good. I would never buy a **** vehicle again
Absolute horrible experience from beginning to end. Do NOT consider buying or doing service with them. I purchased a new 2022 Ford Transit Connect. The first day had to wait an hour and a half for finance. At that time there were no one at the dealer. I couldn't wait any longer and I left. After purchasing they were very unresponsive. Don't care about the customer, their main target to only sell the car, Their service center will not responsive to any of your complain. I have open complain with their service center for last 4 month and no one bother to resolve it. Even stop picking my phone call. it is really nightmare. Buy cars but don't expect any future service.
