I've personally never had an issue at this Ford Parts Center, years ago I got the factory build sheet printed out (what my vehicle was, and was not equipped with from the factory) and recently had gotten a print out of my exhaust system now I can use that as a reference of part numbers for the future, or for when I do my own repairs. They have an online price and a phone call price 🙄 so if they know you haven't done any price comparison they'll overcharge you. Make sure you look online after getting the part number so you don't get fleeced.
