The customer service rep was very friendly and attentive
i am very very disappointed
Stuck with a jacked up car. This car went in for break problems at least 6 times. Kept long times. Kept 4 months. Was lied to about the recall and break boosters. Evil GM. SHAME ON CHRIS COGBURN. I then learned Ford Motor Corp paid them thousands in Jun 18 to replace the break boosters. They lied and kept the money. I still have no idea how they were supposedly fixed since they had the car nearly 4 months lying saying they were talking to Ford Mechanics to troubleshoot. I had to have air conditioner service. I would like to commend my service advisor, David Ward. He had to use his vast knowledge and expertise to get parts to replace my ac system. David always does a great job advising me on what services I need to keep my Edge in great operational shape.
Took my 2025 Bronco Heritage in for a few things, Battery was dead after not driving it for 2 days, Driver side window was not wanting to go up all the way and the trim between the rear seats and the trunk was not fitting right. They fixed everything and I had it back in a few hours , all under warranty -everyone we spoke to was nice and friendly
