I'll give them five stars. Because they got to the problem and they fixed it it wasn't nothing but a minor problem. The service department was really quicker than anticipated. And really really nice people. And I'm glad I have these folks to work with in the future and I recommend them to you as well. Awesome job y'all

1 star because they didn't offer less . brought in for recall, solution was a new engine. 2 weeks we will have car back to you. 3 weeks later pick car up with new engine,broke down on the way home [less than 20 miles].had it towed back to autonation a week later no news so i go by after work was told they haven't brought it in to check ,i got pushed to back of line. of course i was told no loaner ''available''. i was told they would get me a rental from hertz, go to hertz they say i will have to pay for rental ''NOTHANKS''. ... read more
