My 2025 Fod Explorer was pickrd up for a recall repair. It was timely picked up and timely returned. I noticed my windshield was cracked the next day. I took it to Ford and was told they would investigate and call me. The next day a windshield repair company called and scheduled a mobile visit to my home and replaced the windshield. No argument or challenges, just service with a smile. Thank you Auto Nation Ford Mt. MORIAH.
Service at Auto-Nation on Mt. Moriah is always phenomenal. They are courteous, friendly and very knowledgeable about recalls and service updates.
Horrible experience! There was zero communication over the course of a week. My center console was ransacked. The issues didn’t get resolved.
