Excelente atención al cliente y servicio
Have to schedule an appointment, only to be told you have to leave your car/truck for 7-10 days for someone to even look at it. You can’t bring it back you have to leave your vehicle there the entire time. They are losing techs and wait times are getting worse. Complete mismanagement from the top Jeff down.
I took my truck in for a grinding noise in the left front wheel. This is a well known issue with other year F150s for years. The mechanic is un able to reproduce the noise. It does it almost every time I drive it, but not for him. It has been in three times and is still making a terrible noise.
I must say that I am impressed with the service that I received this time. I was very disappointed when my previous complaints were not taken seriously. I felt put off by everyone as if I was imagining the issues that I had. I appreciate the time and energy that was put in to find and fix the problem this time.
