I had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a dealership. MT. Moriah Landers Ford does not deserve people’s business. I brought my vehicle in for diagnostics and it quickly turned into an endless cycle of “we need further diagnosis” over and over again with no solution. Every time it was the same story: pay more money first. They wanted $200 per hour, and instead of getting closer to a real answer, they just kept asking for “more diagnosis” like it was a subscription. The Mobile Service was a very good experience. The Tech was on time and called on his way to my house. Requested services were performed as if it were in the shop except that I had the convenience of being at home. There was no additional cost for the service, and my reward points and coupons were applied. I will definitely use this service again.
Everything went smoothly. They finished the job quickly and there was no upsell pressure. It was an easy experience and the price was good.
