Pleased with the service, displeased with the customer service. Ignored for long period of time. No acknowledgement for help. I had to speak. Lack of communication during the process. Information in system is totally wrong. Just so many errors going on. You never know what people are going through. Respect goes a long way. Anything opposite of that is ignorant and careless. Do better!!!!

I brought my vehicle in because it was over heating. I had a full coverage warranty on the vehicle. You refused to work with my warranty and meet their demands. You charged me 7 thousand dollars out of pocket and gave me my vehicle back in worst condition that I left it in. The vehicle now jerks and the check engine light is on. You ripped me off 7K and now I have to take my vehicle to another shop to fix what you broke. If I could give you negative 5 stars I would. I will not recommend this place to anyone I come across.
The Management team was amazing. The service team got my oil changed and fluids topped off in a timely manner. Thanks
Service was efficient & quick, they even came to my home to provide updates, great not having to leave home. Always satisfied with the care and excellent services and staff.
