Booked an oil change with the call center. Was told I had 3 free oil changes left on my original service contract. When I arrived, I was told they had expired. I went ahead with the oil change, but, noticed my mileage was incorrectly entered on my invoice. I reached out via email to both the service representative and the finance person to resolve both the mileage correction and the whereabouts of my remaining free oil changes disappearing from my contract, no response. Alexander and Anthony helped me with my recent service on my 2024 Expedition. They handled the recalls, oil change and tire rotation (and spin balancing) as well as diagnosing and replacing the motor that controls the rear window sprayer. Thanks Guys.

The guy who helped me was super nice. It's seems as though every time I go in there everyone that I deal with is very kind. I don't remember the guys name that helped me but he mentioned his fiance wanted a dog and that he was getting married. One of the other employees came and spent some time with my dog and brought him a toy while I waited for my oil change. Very honest and nice people. You could tell it's a fun place to work for all the employees are nice to each other. Seems to be drama free
