This is for the communication, not the actual service (because I wasn’t able to even get it serviced). I called ahead to make an appointment and explicitly told them it was for a check engine light and that I live out of my van and I’m on a road trip so it would need to be same-day diagnostics or I’d need it back over night. They agreed and I made the appointment. I’ve always have had great service with Jason V. He has allays taken care of me in the service department . Only good thing that Castle Rock ford “where I bought my Bronco from” did for me is to refer me to AutoNation Littleton ford.
Tyric was very helpful and knowledgeable regarding the situation with the 2024 Bronco model year. He also provided quality service during the buying process. Thanks again for all your help!
The employees at Ford Autonation in Littleton , CO are the most unethical people I have ever met. They bullied my friend into purchasing a car even after she repeatedly told them she did not want to buy this car that it did not feel good. After she drove it the brakes were smoking, the oil was leaking, and it felt as if she were driving on ice and very unsafe.
