We had our 1st service on our 2025 Ford Escape done on Oct.17 2025. The dealer experience was good. An oil change was included with the 1st service. Saturday morning when I checked the oil level it was 1/2 a quart low. I had to drive to the auto parts store and purchase a quart of 0-20wt oil and top off the level. How hard can it be to check the oil level after you do an oil change. I was disappointed.
My ford's window got stuck won't roll up, and the dealership refuses to show the car to a technician for a simple issue, they ask me to leave the vehicle for 2 days just to diagnose, God knows how long the vehicle will stay for the part order and replacement. I am glad I didnt work with them took my keys and drove away as fast as I could. Scary they want to hold vehicles for long time for simple issues, they have no idea what they are doing, horrible service department
