I had the rear backup camera replaced on my 2013 F-150. The technician replaced the camera the same morning I dropped off the truck at the dealership which was much appreciated. As always, I work with my long-time service advisor, Randy Linney for all of my service requirements. He is very knowledegable and always helps me understand the most important service needs for my truck versus those I can easily handle either myself or that can be deferred. I highly recommend AutoNation Ford Katy, and Randy Linney.

I've used Auto Nation Ford Katy since moving to the area 20 yrs ago. They have demonstrated a high level of customer service over the years. I recently had to bring my F150 in for maintenance and the service manager, Austin was great!
