AutoNation Ford Katy service is an experience that is smooth, hassle-free, and seamless. Came in for a 10k mile inspection and oil service and was out of the door in no more than an hour. For a busy weekend this was no time at all. Service area was comfortable, had refreshments available, and was cleaned multiple times during my wait. Shoutout to David Lewis for the awesome customer service provided. Made the experience top notch with his professionalism.
