I visited AutoNation Ford Katy with high hopes after receiving a quote of 5.90% APR by email from the manager to buy out my leased vehicle. However, upon arrival, the offer unexpectedly increased to 9.99% APR. This was quite disappointing and didn’t align with the professionalism I expected. Unfortunately, I left without securing a deal, and this situation also resulted in an 8-point drop in my credit score.

Took our Mustang in for wheel balance & alignment On arrival our service advisor , Robert Longoria checked out our car & advised we also needed 4 new tires. The best tire in stick were Michilin ,. Robert quickly worked up a price & had the new tires fitted , along with checking the alignment in good time excellent service advisor & speedy work
