Buyer's beware - they will sell you a car they, just wont repair it without a hassle and major inconvenience to you! I purchased a Ford F-150 Platinum in April '23 and a running board (just 1 of 2) is stuck in the out position. Trying to schedule service is a joke! The buying experience overall was not bad. Managers and everyone was eager to help with the sale. The problem was the vehicle was not serviced yet and was going to take time which i was fine with, I was told it would be ready Wednesday and i bought it on a Saturday. When i called Wednesday i was told it isn't ready and will be ready friday. Come friday the salesman said it would be ready by 5. I showed up at 7 giving them more time to finish. i left at 9 pm. This dealership will get you a good to great price on Ford truck. However, DO NOT USE THEIR SERVCE DEPARTMENT!!! THEY ARE THE WORST...even among Ford service departments!! Stay away at all cost! Drive five miles down the road to get better customer service. Most service advisors think their sh%$ don't stink. STAY AWAY AT ALL COST!

STAY AWAY from the SERVICE DEPARTMENT at all cost!! Drive three miles down the road to save yourself all the grief and frustration! I am a very friendly and respectful person in general, but i have never had such terrible, rude, arrogant service advisors in my life.
