After bringing in the vehicle, still under warranty, on multiple occasions they were either unable to or unwilling to fix the issues we were having with unbearable break noise (enjoy the video attached). I was told they fixed the vehicle after having it for 3 months but the same problems persisted and I brought it back. 2 vehicles purchased and consistent service over 6 years later, AutoNation Ford continues to impress! Just before the new year I took my Ford Explorer in to see Wesley due to some battery issues. Not only did the team quickly identify the issue, they were clear with options and find a solution that got me my car back quickly without a bit hit to the wallet. Excellent customer service
They were super nice and helpful with my transmission problem. Mr Fain kept me in the loop and helped with a loaner car because the repairs took longer than expected due to covid.
