Terrible service experience yet again. The lack of communication is extremely unacceptable. Austin has let us down again as a service provider. It took over two weeks to finally get our vehicle fixed. They were sure of the issue before we brought the car in. It took numerous calls over several days to find out if our car had even been looked at. The “appointment” process is also a joke. After purchasing numerous vehicles from them, the service department has ensured we will be finding a new dealership for service and purchasing new cars.
