Despite the management at Auto Nation trying to lower the quote they originally gave me for my car and making me wait for 3 hours, Jordan handled the situation with professionalism and wouldn’t let me walk out the door unhappy. I really appreciated his determination to keep the original quote despite his management. I give him 5 stars, but the management 3 stars for trying to not honor their quote

Ian and Delfino are excellent workers. they had incredible communication skills. they are awesome
Edit: July 27, 2026. After a few weeks it seems like the dealer couldn't care less about me. They screwed up depositing my check and now I am getting collections notices. They are very difficult to contact. I will get automatic emails asking if I have questions for follow up, but they do not reply. I also just found the KARR security device that was supposedly installed by them and potentially has a security threat. Still trying to get a hold of anyone there. 3 stars.
