Service was completed in a timely manner and the maintenance staff met all my expectations. The service advisor quoted a price but with the discounts it was drastically lower than the quote which put a smile on my face. My vehicle is now serviced completely to my expectations. I asked to see the service manager and they pointed him out to me this guy was out putting a filter on my truck. Can you believe that a manger was out working like a mechanic. He really cares about there customers. Great job!!!
Zero!! I paid $6,612 at AutoNation to fix an oil leak and my coolant system. Four weeks later, oil was leaking again. I took it back, and they kept my Jeep for 11 days, only to tell me it was a rear main seal leak — supposedly a new issue. I was quoted $2,800, then $1,800, then $900 with a “friends and family” discount. I didn’t go through with it. Service Department is horrible! Prepare to receive an estimate and pay a lot more for unnecessary services. Brought my truck in for a 600 dollar repair and received a text it was a 2200 dollar repair. Asked why, and was told 5 hours of electrical was required in addition to original service. Paid it thinking a dealership was reliable and honest. After getting a 2nd opinion feom an actually competent and reputable mechanic, found out the additional 1600 was completely unnecessary.
