My first time using AutoNation Dodge Ram for service. Very pleasantly surprised with the efficient manner of the service check-in. Very easy and all my questions or concerns were handled and fixed!
Very high service cost and time to completion, but great customer service and professionalism, otherwise! If you do find yourself needing to come to the dreaded dealer for repairs, at least ask for Lizzie as your service writer. A+ communication, follow-up, and accountability. Someone give her a raise! If I ever am a returning customer, it'll be because her attitude, professionalism and customer service brought me back.
