Alex Michael has always been a great Mechanic, as well as his newer roles in the Service department. His recommendations and knowledge have played into great consideration when building my truck into something bigger and better. It's hard to find good help these days. Professional team with as promised results. I was on a road trip from out of town and was able to get an appointment the next morning with all the work done on time with great results. The service advisor walked me through the items that the technician found and was helpful with recommendations about what should be done and what items could be delayed (optional). I will return if I’m ever back in Colorado Springs with my truck and need a service.
