After a rough experience with my TRX about a year ago, I was hesitant to return. But Brittany completely turned things around today—she went above and beyond to make things right. Very dishonest. Charged me 2 1/2 hours for 15 min repair because mine was older truck. Won’t return phone calls. Will tell u they will but Do not trust them!!!!

This time the experience was much better. Bill this time was more Kind and cordial, although at the beginning he was a little rude and with bad attitude. Finally they resolved the problem (engine light on, twice in less than 7 months) telling me is a software problem and Dodge Ram Engineers are working on it
