The salesman Mark H was great and very helpful. The financial gentleman was also helpful. I decided to purchase an extended warranty but after the sale I called to terminate the purchase. Unfortunately, the financial guy was out sick and I wasn’t made aware of this fact until he returned to work five days later. I thought I was being ignored because I heard nothing during that time. AutoNation was very helpful. We explained that we were from out of town waiting for someones surgery. They got us in next day and got the repair done by the following day. Big repair job. Everyone was helpful and very kind. They kept us up to date on repairs. The only thing that I was missing was a better breakdown of parts needed for repair. I should have called them but I did not. I don't post every time I get my truck serviced here, but this is my 3rd or 4th time to go, and I have to say that these guys are scary good every time. Just got my 30K mile service, and they went down the checklist, and I okayed the mandatory items, and a couple of the optional ones. Never once was there pressure to upsell me on things that I did not need or want yet. At the end of the day, you just want someone competent and honest to work on your vehicle. I highly recommend AutoNation on Arapahoe.
