Mike and Dave and the entire team at Autonation Arapahoe were outstanding. I came in already despising auto dealerships and sales staff, but these guys changed the game. At no point (except the finance guy...) did I feel pressured and they worked with tons of patience as I sent in a ton of email questions and concerns. Great communication and friendly service
I worked with Brittini on a very long warranty claim for my Ram Rebel. She did a great job handling the situation. The truck was in the shop for a long time due to part availability but I feel that Brittini had my best interests in mind during the whole process. She would give me updates, paperwork if I needed it, and listened to my rants. I have worked with a lot of advisors for many brands and this was one of my best experiences.
They took care of all my needs and did it in a timely manner manner.
HAd a wonderful experience. Mike H. our sales rep and Aaron our finanace rep went above and beyond. 4 1/2 hours in and out the door with my purchase!
