My service advisor, William was exceptional with his communication throughout the process providing immediate response to any questions I had about the repairs. I also worked with Troy the Service Manager. Everyone worked very hard to be certain I was 100% satisfied with my experience and the work performed on my Ram 3500.
Autonation (Bill Powell in particular) always treat me well. I have owned a Ram for over 20 years and always take it to Autonation for my service needs. The dealership is easy to work with and looks out for my best interest. They service my vehicle properly and in a timely manner. I can't say enough nice things about them. Thank you!
My service advisor (I believe it was Kip) was excellent. I actually scheduled my appointment for the wrong service center but he got me in right away and had me back on the road in about an hour (oil change and tire rotation). He also accepted my suspect prepaid maintenance package without issue or delay. This is the second time I've had my Dodge Ram serviced here and both experiences were excellent. Would absolutely bring my vehicle in again.
I purchased a vehicle and had to get it serviced the next day. After they serviced it the check engine light was on. I took it to my personal auto shop and Auto Nation failed to reconnect everything properly during the ‘maintenance’. I do not recommend auto nation for service or purchase.
