My most recent experience with AutoNation was unbelievable. They were very responsive to my concerns and did everything they could to resolve my issue. My service advisor, Bill Powell was outstanding. He discussed my issues and kept me advised on the progress of the analysis and repairs required. Definitely recommend that you select Bill as your service advisor. The service manager was also excellent and was responsive to my issues. I highly recommend them for all your maintenance problems.
Customer service is HORRIBLE! Staff is rude, and totally ignored us the whole time. We literally have excellent credit, plus plenty of cash to spend! But somehow got overlooked. It's fine...we went to a different dealership and bought a few vehicles 💰 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!
I had pre-purchased an oil change/tire rotation package here for my previous Grand Cherokee but even though there were a couple more unused, it did not "transfer" to my current GC. I believe I was told otherwise when purchased. Not happy
We had a great experience with Auto Nation! Super easy. Our sales guy Gary was awesome as well as our finance guy. Thank you, we will look to you guys first when we are in the car shopping market..
Took Ram 1500 in for service but left without what I requested/ or diagnosed. Before leaving parking lot I checked under hood to find my air sensor not attached to the intake. My airbag sensor light was on but was never looked at to let me know of further issues.
