WORST SERVICE EVER!!! They don't even deserve 1 star but 0 stars is not an option! Stay away from the Service department! Made an appointment, was told we could wait. Confirmed that we would be able to wait. Took vehicle in at appointment time, were told we had to leave it and they would call in a couple of hours. No call all day, called 7 1/2 hours later to check on status and were told they hadn't even looked at it yet. We needed to leave it overnight and they would try to look at it the next day. 7:30 – Arrived at dealership for scheduled appointment at 7:30 AM. Spoke with service rep Donny and requested they look at the check engine light regarding DEF System service. Asked Donny how long the service would take and he told me that it would take about half a day or so. He recommended I do not hang around the dealership. After a good experience buying my car there, I went in for the first oil change and to have a few other issues checked. After waiting 15 minutes for the ride to work I was promised, I was told it would be another hour. I had meetings I would have missed, so I took Uber. No effort to help me get there. Just "I apologize." Really? Not a soul in the place who could have taken me? Or an extra car I could have driven? These guys are really awesome. I went there because the top of the dipstick(sorry I am not into cars to know the correct term but basically the dipstick that you use to do the oil change) on my 2005 Town and Country LX 3.3L was broken. I found this out when I took it to Walmart across the street from these guys but Walmart refuse to do the oil change as they are not able to pull out the dipstick.
