I've purchased a total of 4 vehicles from AutoNation Arapahoe and there is a reason for that! Now don't get me wrong - I'm not the type of guy that just 'settles' for a price. Had a good experience and the purchase of my new vehicle / used vehicle sales guy kind of Rude but Shweta Vishnoi was excellent and great help process was fairly quick and she made things go faster to take home the truck same day

I had a great experience at this location. Shweta was so sweet and helpful, and even though they close at 9, they ended up being there with us until after 10 to work with us on financing.
Gustavo was amazing to work with from start to finish. Jayveon was also great. I drove two hours to test drive the vehicle and left my wallet/ID at home. Autonation was great allowing my husband to take pictures of items left at the house. I had no money to grab lunch or get gas to return home (car wasn’t ready). Gus stepped in and lent me cash. He kept in Touch over the week that my car was still at dealership. And, he drove the car himself to me for delivery. I couldn’t be happier with the process.
