I would have to say I was a little nervous at first but did it anyway. I had other dealerships advise against it and offer matching numbers for trade and sale. other dealerships advised "there is no way Autonation is going to honor it, they cant give you that much for your trade", "that sales price is wrong","they just want you to put a deposit down so they can take your money and screw you over" I heard this from two separate dealerships and personally. Well. Not only was everything honored I got even more money taken off the total. April, Alex, Steve took care of us. We received the trade amount promised, received a bigger rebate than previously discussed, received a way better warranty, and a way better APR on the loan. From the moment we walked in to the time we drive away, they took great care of us!!! I highly recommend this team individuals. I live in Eagle county and I will definitely come back in the future!!! A++++ Thank you for a smooth experience!!

Back in June of 2016, my husband and I starting looking for a new car for me, I had been driving a 2003 Dodge Durango, bought brand new in 2003. We did start back looking for another Durango, but we already have a Toyota car for my husband, that he loves and we had heard great things about the 4-Runners and I wanted another SUV. Our sale representative, George Hermandes, was great, he did not pressure sell. He listen to what we (I) was looking for, then he gave us facts and information and we did a test drive and let us make our decision. I would recommend anyone looking for a new or used car, to stop by AutoNation Toyota, on Arapahoe, in Colorado. The associates are great and very helpful. I love my 2016 4-Runner

I came in three years ago to trade in my Honda Accord that was in excellent condition and had low miles for a Toyota Tacoma. I was given the option of a truck that had over 100,000 miles on it. I made the huge mistake of bringing my whole family thinking it would be fun to pick it together... They took advantage of the fact that I was distracted and gave me a horrible deal- paid me $4500 less than market value for my car and told me to hand over $4000 down payment ... The NEXT day the piece of crap wouldn't start up. They never did any inspection like they promise they do. I brought it back where they argued with me for about 45 minutes telling me they would fix all the things wrong with it- They said they couldn't find my Honda I traded in cause it was already sold!!! Flash Forward to today... I had to get rid of the hunk of junk since it had so many issues- I am now $6000 upside down - I am still paying for the day I stepped foot in this dealer!! And this was how I got treated with a stellar credit rate and high income.
