Great service. Job done promptly and well. Zack and his team are the best.
Took my car in for a repair. Estimate was for 2 weeks. 3 week later. Still no car and repairing everything they can and want. Best of all they never return phone calls or follow up. Definitely won't be coming back. Save yourself the time and money and go somewhere else. What a scam!
Upon dropping off my vehicle for repair, I explained to Zack that I wanted to keep the parts that were to be removed and replaced as I have heard that some shops will reuse the old parts after ordering new ones. (Not saying this is what happened but……) Zack stated that he could make that happen and that I would need to have a way to get the parts when the vehicle was completed.
