Extremely frustrating experience with AutoNation Ford Collision Center in St. Petersburg. They had my car for months, and when I went to pick it up it wasn’t ready—covered in marks, a gaping hole in one tire and the tank was empty. Now I’m being billed for a Hertz rental I needed because of the tire issue, and no one responds to my calls or emails. Very disappointed.
They did a great job on the truck. They started and completed when they said they would. They delivered in a professional manner and I am very pleased.
Did not communicate well with us and insurance company and end up charging us storage fee for our van to sit in the parking lot which came to thousands of dollars be aware
If I could give the review negative stars I would. I took my car in to get repaired from Hurricane Milton on 10/16/2024 and didn't receive it back until 2/7/2025. The entire process was a nightmare. The people that work there do not care about you or your car. I DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING TO THIS PLACE OR WORKING WITH THESE PEOPLE. They lie to you about what's going on and waste your time.
