I’m a bit frustrated with my experience at this collision center. My situation started with a small dent in my bumper from hitting my garage. Even though it was minor, I wanted to have it fixed, and I was recommended by my dealership to come here. Extremely frustrating experience with AutoNation Ford Collision Center in St. Petersburg. They had my car for months, and when I went to pick it up it wasn’t ready—covered in marks, a gaping hole in one tire and the tank was empty. Now I’m being billed for a Hertz rental I needed because of the tire issue, and no one responds to my calls or emails. Very disappointed.
They did a great job on the truck. They started and completed when they said they would. They delivered in a professional manner and I am very pleased.
