My July 12th service,I was in and out in a timely manner. Morning appt are my favorite. Lester, the service advisor was really nice.
My wife’s truck was diagnosed and needed a new transmission. I was apprehensive about having the truck looked at and fixed but, the service team at Autonation really took care of us, going as far as to get a loaner for the time the truck was being repaired. The new transmission install took less than a week and they worked super close and fast with out warranty company, thank you all for making this painful experience so easy!
Huge thanks to Chris in service dept!!! Was driving thru mobile on the way to Atlanta when I blew out two tires on the interstate. Luckily, autonation ford was less than a mile away. Chris got me back on the road in 24 hours! Thank you so much!!!
