Timely service, fair prices, would recommend
Went there today about my car, engine light keeps going off and on. They guy we spoke to was very disinterest and kept looking at his watch. Must of been keeping him from something. Very poor customer service. What has happened to business, they act like we should be honored if they help you. Will do everything I can not to go back there.
We had the best experience with the purchase of our new Explorer at AutoNation in Mobile. John Liggett was our salesperson and he was great ! Very knowledgeable about the vehicle. Made buying our vehicle less stressful ! We would recommend AutoNation to anyone!
If you ever in need of a vehicle go see Anthony the best salesperson you would ever encounter. Westbrook was a great Finance manager and explained everything clearly. A great team!!
Not a good one... During the signing if contact was told by Fiance Expert, " You will have to leave the vehicle until ur Banks check clears"... Make a down payment, proof of insurance and sign the contract and You have to leave the vehicle until Auto Nation Ford receives check from the company financing the vehicle... Never told this During the applying srages... Bas way of During business..
