It was a seamless transaction and we felt taken care of and looked out for. Their team went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed to surprise our daughter with a vehicle before leaving for college. From the sales team, contracts, the GM, they were all great to work with and made us feel like we belonged there! We will most definitely purchase our next vehicle from this dealership.
I traveled 2 hours away for my last Ford F250 purchase and I should have done it again. I would search for another dealer before resorting to AutoNation of Mobile. Promises were made but not delivered. I should have known better and walked away when I knew more about the truck than the sales person. They will make you rethink buying a Ford product.
Submitted a recall repair/update. They say parts are on back order for a few months.
