Process was smooth and simple. The repair quality was immaculate. They kept me informed the whole time. No complaints. Highly recommend.
Great customer service. My wait time was just what the service provider informed me. I only dislike the parking lot to get to the center. It's not the best.
Mrs. Portia, was very personal and made sure the repairs needed on my car was done professionally. She explained and made it clear to me every step of the way the processes that my car needed to return it it's natural look. Portia told me when the work would be finished and she was right on time as expected. Actually my 2017 MKX look like a brand new vehicle, I am so proud!
