They took 4 months to complete the repair. After one week the paint began separating from the bumper (bubbling), the wheels that were re-coated began chipping, the headlight used in the repair is not sealed so there is consistently condensation buildup inside the lens, the hood is misaligned with the fenders, the splitter that was replaced is already chipping and discolored, I had to purchase a new battery upon delivery because they let it sit for months without running it, there are clearcoat drips (pictured) and they damag... read more

I’m currently having issues with an employee by the name of Jack from AutoNation. Horrible customer service on his behalf. An insurance check was cut to this company for repairs on my truck. Now he’s denying service. Proceeded to tell me that if I didn’t like it I could speak to his manager and we could work it out and hung the phone up. Why would you deny someone’s device to someone that has already issued a check out to your company for the repairs and is in desperate need of having their vehicle repaired.
