I have been going on 3 weeks with a different shop on getting my passenger window replaced that was smashed in. In the mess of canceling all my accounts and cards and getting new ID. after taking with Mike and his team my 3 week problem was handled in 30mins. RecommendedYes I do recommend Autonation! My Wife’s car had damage to the right passengers side door from a Home Depot cart. I talked to Rich and he said not to paint the door. He suggested a paint less dent removal. I asked him about the scratch he assured me that it can be buffed out. We took he car in at 9:30 am I got a call the same day at 2:30 it was done. Would never recommend taking your car to this place. A simple fix and they kept my car almost a month. Drove it home and had questions about whether they even did the complete job and took it back and they didn't want to fix the problem. I would not trust them again and after reading reviews on other sites, I trust my instincts. I know I will never deal with them again.
