I had a fender bender in a vehicle I had just purchased, they had my truck for almost a month. The communication lacked horribly I had to call them to get an update every time. Zero sense of urgency even after I told them I don’t have rental coverage. They DO NOT have a warehouse stocked with OEM parts, they had to wait 5 days each time the estimator came to receive parts. Did not feel taken care of or valued as a customer. I will not bring my car back here in the future.Â
