They did a poor job in communication: for the period of about 3 weeks when they had my car, no communication on progress, we had to call them multiple times to leave messages to find out when the car would be ready. They also did not follow through what they estimated for. We provided photos in an email with list of repairs needed, followed by a phone discussion for them to provide an estimate. My car is still in the shop. It has been over a month!!! They have changed managers 3 times while my car has been ignored. Now they are saying maybe another two weeks!!! The sad part is they have all the parts, but when we went up there it was untouched for a week(we go up weekly to see the vehicle). I used to think very highly of this shop. Always brought our cars here(we own three), but this has been a horrible experience. Never again
