Selected by my insurer, from the beginning the adjuster, Lacey, followed through every step of the way, including advising that his opinion of the used wheels (as requested by my insurer) were not up to appearance standards. While resulting in additional time for replacement with new wheels from Ford's warehouse (no dealer had them), the end result was a first class job with Lacey communicating with me all along the way.
