Very well looked after. Understood my needs and were very helpful in getting the right vehicle.
Enjoyable and pleasant experience getting the oil change for our Jeep Wrangler 4xe. Got a same day appointment, got checked in quickly, thanks to James. He was also very helpful explaining features of the Jeep app. Spent less than hour in a nicely appointed customer lounge and we were back on the road.
Had a little hiccup scheduling with service, but after we arrived they made it right and got us in.
The service department has always been exceptional.
I had a 7:30am appointment for a check engine light. I had not heard a single update by 3pm the same day. When I tried calling, it took me 15 minutes to get a hold of anyone. Once I did, there was still no update on my car. Shortly thereafter, the update came in and they were not going to finish the work that day. I received a text at 10:30am the next day that my car was ready.
