Good communication. Provided a shuttle to my home, so I didn't have to wait there. Fast service.
Shockingly poor service and communication by Mason my service representative and his manager left me without a vehicle for 3 days even with a warranty that should include one. Two stars since they did actually fix my vehicle eventually. 10.20 update - I followed up with GM Ryan Hanson after the message posted below of regret and the offer to make it right. The dealership did not fix either of the issues I brought the vehicle in for. I also left the vehicle there for 10 days.
Sales = 5 stars: John Williams was terrific. No sales tactics, let me direct what I wanted and only offered helpful info. Absolutely no pressure. After the sale there were issues with the car and he arranged a brand new loaner in the model I was torn between just for fun. Service = 3 stars: Benjamin was very cordial and helpful. Not a good experience. I took my jeep wrangler to where I thought it would be best to get it fixed. I was not told when dropping it off that if there are any issues with aftermarket non-mopar (non-jeep branded) parts that they will not work on it. They took the car in, kept it two days only to call me and say they were not going to fix it and told me what they thought was wrong with it (which turned out to be incorrect).
