In the past I was not very happy with this dealers service but how things have definitely changed. First when I called for my appointment I was able to get a visit scheduled the very next day. Then when I came in I was very promptly greeted by no less then 3 service representatives and was told that they would go over my car and most likely have it ready in 24 to 48 hours which was expected. We bought a new-to-us 2022 Grand Cherokee. The software hadn't been updated since the original sale. I worked with their used car manager, where I advised the software should be -up-to-date as part of the prepping a vehicle for sale. He understood my point of view, and arranged to have the software upgraded at their cost. Thanks to their work, minor glitches in the software configuration was resolved! Plus, they knew I was from 1.5 hours away. They took my Jeep in on time and completed the work promptly.
The worst experience I've ever had buying ANYTHING ANYWHERE. The disrespect, the entitlement, the audacity, the nonprofessionalism. And to think hes train new sales staff...... i think his name is canin (thats the manager name that was pn the paper) but having people like that teaching new staff is the worst recipe. Alfredo & Alejandro were doing great. Alfredo asked for some help and his manger KILLED HIS SALE, RAN OFF A CUSTOMER, EMBARRASSED HIS COMPANY AND HIMSELF, AND LOST 2 CUSTOMERS FOR LIFE.
