Asked to have A/C checked for proper cooling. Technician drained the Freon and then stated a leak was detected. Stated they are unable to replace the Freon evacuated Wants to replace a core and $4000+ bill. So left with no A/C with 90+ degree days over the summer. Very disappointed in service, lack of care about their Jeep brand warranty was very evident as they quickly denied a claim against it.
This is my second visit and the crew was prompt, friendly and professional. This location is conveniently located off i25/Arapahoe.
Got me in early for my appointment. In and out quickly. Friendly staff. I recommend this dealership.
Service was good. My tech, Thomas, was working with another customer and took his time with both them and me to make sure we knew what was being started on our cars. He gave me options and explained the prices and the timeline. Overall it was a nice experience.
