I would really love if this place can get consistent in their service and customer service ability. We have taken our vehicle there a few times for the exact same reason. Seems one would think beyond the obvious problem to what maybe caused that same issue multiple times. I also have issue paying for the technicians to “guess” & “repair at my cost” something not an issue. Seems unfair as YOU are the professional and if I knew I would fix things myself. Been here 5 times for warranty fixes or to purchase parts from the parts desk for my Grand Cherokee. Not a single time have they been even close to delivering on the timeline they provided. Also they never reach out with any updates. Every single time they provide a date to complete the work, I never hear from anyone. I’ll wait a day or two after and finally call them and they tell me they never got around to doing the work, or the works been finished for a day already or it’s going to take 3 times as long as expected. The service was excellent from the initial call to picking up the vehicle after the service was completed. I dealt with three different service representatives and all were professional, knowledgeable and took the time to thoroughly answer my questions. As we were leaving my wife said we need to come back here for our future maintenance needs. Can not think of a better recommendation than that!
Camille is the best! Very helpful before and after the sale of my vehicle. She is always available by phone, text or email, and of course in person.
