Horrible, asked for oil change, engine air filter, and tires to be rotated. Also asked for serpentine belt to be replaced. Rep said I will just have our guys take a look to see if the belt needs replaceing. I said OK what ever. When car was done, I noticed tires were not rotated, rep challanged and said we did. Air filter was never replaced and oil needs changin still comes up on the dash. So saying it was horrible is being nice, this dealer can not be trusted. Great car was fixed super quick thank you.
Not a good experience. Service did not complete electrical repair as promised. The oil change was performed incorrectly. Technician over serviced our Jeep which has an oil capacity of 5 qts. and was returned with 7 qts of oil in it. I had another dealer correct both failures.
Jorge was really helpful and attentive towards my service on my vehicle. I would sing his praises more but he humbly asked I do not post how he saved my life.
The service department is fantastic, all the service advisers are very attentive. the service on my vehicle is always on time.
