If I could give 0 stars I would, HOWEVER, I am giving two stars because the Sales department is an absolute JOY to work with. That coupled with general manager, Frank, who has taken great care of me and my service requests following very bad experiences. The one service advisor I will also compliment is Tomas Delgado, who has been nothing short of kind, communicative, and attentive throughout my service experiences. I took my vehicle in for AC problem, which was repaired in one day they did a good job
First of all, they have great crew always ready to assist, but my problem is when I wanted the cancel MOPAR Warranty, I had to call 3-4 times every week for almost three months, and they made me send them over 20 documents and handwritten letter. After I clearly stated my lender's address and bank account information they still send my funds to AUTONATION, I called them and they said they will hold on my funds until 28 of August with NO REASON, that is 5 months after my initial request of refund, with this people getting my ... read more
