I called to ask about scheduling service for a coolant leak, I spoke with Reno, who was very helpful and gave me a realistic estimate for when my Jeep Compass could have diagnostics and services done. It was a further time frame than I needed but Reno's customer service over the phone was great!
Great customer service. Treated me well from the time I pulled into dealership till I left.
When I made my service appointment I did not know I was speaking to a call center. The call center is clueless about the dealership because they are answering calls for 300 auto nations, nationwide, and they are not service professionals. They're service schedulers. That's all they do. She misrepresented herself as being in the Mobile dealership and she wasn't. I know, because I asked her, "Are you in the Mobile dealership on Government Street?", and she said , "Yes". Could have been Minneapolis, Minnesota for all I know. I ... read more
Walk in service on this day, regular service tech not available, where else do you find a Service Manager to step in and take care of your needs. Atmosphere good, refreshments available, service was good [tire rotation, oil change, and cabin filter replacement. Big KUDOS.
