Despite making an appointment they have had my car for a month and have yet to diagnose it.
Did a simple tire rotation and they respected the coupon I had through Costco. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Everything went as expected, but it took a lot longer than expected. We made the appointment for the service about a month in advance, but a routine check up took over 2 hours. I have had walk-in appointments several times over the years that were a lot faster. But overall, nothing out of the ordinary and satisfied with service.
