Made a reservation online to service my 2019 Chevy Traverse. I dropped off my vehicle and was chastised and told they only take walk ins, not online reservations (because it doesn't make sense to turn your online reservations off). AutoNation Chevy's website says the service department closes at 7 p.m. The sign on the door at the entrance to the service department says closing is at 7 p.m. We arrived at 6:03 p.m. to pick up our vehicle (7/16 - Friday).
