I scheduled an appointment for oil change and maintenance. Received a call to confirm the appointment. Showed up for my appointment and the representative was extremely rude. He stated that I did not have an appointment. I showed him the voice mail as well as the confirmation email. He continued to argue that I did not have an appointment and asked if I would like to schedule something.

They lie about everything, when they are selling you a vehicle. You tell them that you want to go through a certain lender and they pull your credit on all, but the one you asked them to pull it on. We told them we didnt want oil changes paid for, but they put it on the contract anyway. We Took it back before the 90 days was up for things that were wrong and they didnt fix it and now we have to pay for the diagnostic of something that shouldve already been paid for. DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE HERE. AND UNDER NO MEANS SHOULD YOU USE THEIR SERVICE DEPARTMENT. Not only do they offer a 90 day warranty they dont uphold but they will talk you into purchasing one as well. Then they will charge you 600 dollars for a battery swap before your second payment on you new vehicle is even due. Their service department will be very clear, especially if you deal with **** or *******, that they arent the ones that sell the warranty so it is not their problem. The sales group pitched a Certified Pre-Owned car to my mom. It had not yet gone through the process but would go through the *** checklist would be a *** at the sticker price. Not once did they say that would be an additional cost, would add to the sticker price or be an optional cost to add. They stated it would be/the car would have the *** at the no dicker sticker price. I took my Silverado to have factory remote kit programmed and they didnt give me a quote how much it was going to cost and after 1hr labor they charged me $300 I called other local ***** stores and they all told me $150 for the same job. Never go to auto nation

This store does not deserve a one star from me. We went it to get some repair work done, that should have been covered by our warranty. We checked into the warranty before hand and verified that the repair needed was covered. It literally is stated in black and white that what we needed repaired was covered. We had no issue dropping off our vehicle, and then a few days later we get a call explaining what work was done and so forth.
