Overall I was highly satisfied with the service and this would be 5 stars if it had not taken almost 4 hours to complete the routine service that I was told would take about 2 hours. My service advisor, Michelle, was very helpful and answered all of my questions with the operation of my vehicle. I give her 5 stars by herself.
Was my first visit after purchasing my Car from there. It went well and everyone was nice. Especially the transport driver Robert who dropped me off to work and picked me up. I would suggest that for such a large dealership that you have at least 2 drivers. This is for the driver so to get a lunch break and the customer so doesn't have to wait because there's only one driving from one end of town or county to next. Everyone is valuable! Thanks Mary
