This dealership mainly and looks like they work off of APPOINTMENTS. If you are a WALK-IN. Be prepared to spend your WHOLE DAY HERE. Waiting area has NO coffee or water. Only has a Snack machine and a soda machine. Service advisers do not keep you up to par with what is going on with your car. If you ask, the response is, " They are still working on it." OR " IT will still be a little while before it's done." Don't not five you a time frame at least.
